Customers may request a return if:

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order. After this period, return requests may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
